Delicious!! The bread is so thin and crispy so you can really taste the meats and toppings. Really liked the suicida cause the tomatoes really gave it a pop. The line was long even at 2pm on a Tuesday. Definitely worth it.

Really good schiacciatas (sandwiches) that are nice and full with good fillings, perfect stop if you have time to wait but they are helpful in the line and you can time it right to do other things in florence, worth the wait. Not too expensive for a meal in florence centre and easy to find. We stayed in queue for the real dwal and it was worth it but there are a couple less popular places accross the road on the same street so you might as well see what it's like on the day and whether you want to wait. Don't expect to sit in even though I think you can if you sit near the queue you will have a lot of people passing behind you. Great bread and menu selection, they do try and upsell drinks at the till but no problem saying no if you don't want them and good staff that work quick and keep everything moving. Great stop, one of the highlights of florence.

The sandwich was really good and reasonably priced. I had the Francesca sandwich (with truffle cream, vegan) and had no complaints. The focaccia was crunchy outside, soft inside and not too oily. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence and looking for a reasonably priced quick eat.

Great place for a quick and tasty lunch! I took a sandwich to go, and it was amazing. The portion of filling was huge and everything felt very fresh. There were a few people in line, but the wait was short and the service was efficient. Highly recommended for a quality snack while exploring Florence

Very tasty and very good!!! We had been hesitating between different spots nearby that served almost the same types of sandwiches but some of them are obviously famous because of social media and not very tasteful… It was not the case in this place : the quality of the ingredients is there and the mix and taste perfect! Very good spot, just be ready for a little wait and to eat outside!
