Unintentionally attracted by the more cheap price, I chose the turkey sandwich (€5.50) rather than the plated turkey (€9.50) The staff threw away the middle of the bread, so I asked for the whole bread. The bread was a bit hard and the turkey meat had hair inside. It was possible to get a quick and easy meal, but I wish they had paid a little more attention to hygiene. I feel like I ate a healthy burger, but I think it's better to buy the ingredients and make it myself. Let's reduce the use of disposable products
A must try!! Even though we queue up for half an hour it’s totally worth it. The beef is so tender and juicy, come with tasty green sauce , and the bread is perfect match to the lambretto. Don’t hesitate and go if you are visiting Florence
The meat and tripes were sooooo good. The risotto de mare was also excellent! Price is reasonable for being in the centre of Florence but seats may be a bit tight. 10/10 will eat again. Don’t be intimidated by the queue as it’s a moving queue.
I ordered a panino con lampredotto (€5.5) on 10 February 2026. It was quite tasty, but I prefer Bambi's one more as I think Bambi's green sauce and chilli are amazing than Da Nerbone's one. Nevertheless, the beef stripes are delicious, tender and well-seasoned. I arrived at around 9am so the queue was not long. However, after I finished my panino a long queue started as more and more tourists came.
Nothing quite hits the spot like a lampredotto sandwich (cow innards) on a cold Italian winter morning. Try it while you are here. No funky taste and quite delicious. Located in the beautiful piazza del mercato a must visit landmark in Florence
